POSITIVES	NEGATIVES
​The entry from the garage is close to the kitchen and the pantry to make it easier to carry in groceries.	There is no foyer, once you enter the door you step into the kitchen.
​The garage is on the side of the house, meaning that the garage door is not visible on the front of the house.	​Also, there is no coat closet for guests to use.
​There is a chimney located in the living room making it a focal point!	​The garage door and the pantry door are next to each other.
​The front door matches up with the back door. So, when someone enters the house, they can immediately see the back door.	​The work triangle is over the correct length, and this cases the residents to have to go out of their way to the fridge from the stove, or sink.
The extra bathroom creates a sound barrier for the two extra bedrooms.	​The pluming doesn't share any ways in any of the spaces.
All of the private rooms have their own hallways from the public spaces.	​The extra bathroom is farther away from the public spaces causing more walking for guests.
The master bedroom closet opens into the laundry room which helps create easy access for doing laundry.
